Went to Kota kinabalu end of last year.Stopped by at some places to top up our fuels and tummy.And this place named Sepitang or spitang.To our surprise,the people actually has the Brunei accent a.k.a belandih.I was told that majority of kampong ayer's were originally comes from sabah and fleet to Brunei.Even some Bruneian and themselves had relatives in Brunei nor Spitang.(you can see similar kampong ayer in one of the pictures)
